NO Microwave NO REFUND SINCE AUGUST 2024

We ordered microwave at Makro 2024 August, it came faulty and we returned it. Until today Makro is now ignoring our emails since they said we must send our bank confirmation and Identity document so that they can refund us. There is no microwave and there is no refund.
