No manager to make a decision

I am very disgusted with the service at Silverlakes Makro. I went to purchase paint of which there was only 1 on the floor the others were higher up on the shelf the salesman asked the lady to please give us the ladder so he could assist me. Excellent salesman then the lady didnt want to give us the ladder until she finished packing her shelf. I still looked past that and purchased my braai hoses, and i got few other goodies as decided to get my chaffing dishes of which i saw them on special. The shelf had lots of stock for 2 chaffing dishes at R399. I took one and I was shocked at the price and took a photo to send to my sister who is also in the catering business. I get to the teller of which my goods all were in over R2800. Only to be surprised at the teller that the chaffing dish was actually R799. I told them that the price on the shelf said R399 then they asked me to go and show them of which I did the teller manager said sorry its priced wrong, so is it my fault. Then she said she has to call another manager of which nobody wanted to help her. After my struggle for about half and hour I left my trolley of goods at the teller.It didnt even bother them.
