No Knowledge of Ebucks.
Wanted to pay with ebucks. Its the first time that we use ebucks, and did not had a pin. This cashier could not assist us, in telling where we could get one. He did not call a supervisor. When I questioned his knowledge, he laughed in my face, turn around and made other faces. The packer at his till started laughing aswell as the cashier across at till 46. There was no joke. It was unacceptable behaviour. I went to the managers, and they did not even take my name and number.

The issues raised with regards to the ebucks were addressed with the Front End Manager of Silverlakes who will take corrective action to ensure that further incidents of this nature are avoided. Ebucks card works like a debit card you receive the pin from FNB or ebucks.com .
