NO ITEMS RECEIVED???

I placed an order online. Paid for the washing machine as well as the shipping. Its been 2 weeks since its been "delivered". No one is answering my calls or responding to my emails. What a massive ****. They tell me its been delivered to me but I have not received anything at all. No ones problem but mine.

Yet another month has passed. I received a faulty machine and was promised a technician to come out and assess so that i can get a refund. Nothing is being done!!!?? Dont apologise for inconvenience you clearly dont care about keeping customers
