No items delivered online shopping.
I wish I read these reviews before my purchase. I ordered from Makro online on the 8th, third party item which already made me want to go directly to the suppliers (you can't as Makro sells it) I called the suppliers directly (such a lovely individual) who advised the item was ready on the 9th and they are awaiting collection from Makro. It is the 15th and my order status is still in progress. Escalated three times, no feedback, no refunds and no product. Use Takealot.. it's easier and less stressful. Marko is horrible on store and online.

15 Feb 2023, 15:15The response via mail still did not address my query. Still no expected delivery dates, still no items and basic stock scripted responses. No calls from any of the sales or complaints departments. I was debited on the 8th or February, the item has been waiting for collection from your supplier since the 9th of February. What is the reason for delay? Who is this escalated to and most importantly where are my products?????
