No hassle refund
I recently purchased a fan which also spray's water, to cool down the very hot days. the fan worked perfectly, but did have a significant impact on the heat. i returned it within a week and after some questioning they accepted it and gave me store credit. the item was not defective and was used. i thus expected quite a fight, but was pleasantly surprised. #Blackfriday
