No guarantee

<div style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;">On the <a style="font-size: 11.211pt; line-height: 140%;" href="calendar:T2:9th December 2015">9th December 2015</a> I bought four E14 Phillips 28W 230v 2800k 370lm at Makro Milnerton, in October 2016 the bulbs died one by until the last one died on the 18th of December 2016,</div> <div> </div> <div>I went to Makro with them and there was different type of bulbs with the same Barcode on the shelves, on the packaging there is no guarantee like the one I bought before but then the supervisor told me because guarantee was not mentioned that means they are guaranteed for one year, And is already expired.</div> <div> </div> <div>The bulbs I bought before was giving me 3 years guarantee, and my claim is declined and the could not exchange bulbs for me.Makro supervisor decide if there is guarantee on the product or not.</div> <div> </div>
