No goods/ order cancelled by Makro

i have been patient with Makro to get my online order ready, today i logged in to track my order that was ordered on the 24th, just to see that my order status shows "Order Cancelled" so where is my money then that i paid? i have been trying to get a hold of Makro on like 5 different numbers and no answer how can they still be open if this is the service you get from them?

We apologise for the mis-communication, the order is still active, we have moved the order to a store that has sufficient stock to speed up the order delivery.
