no goods delivered

Hi there I placed an order with Makro online on 7 sept with there promise of 2 to 5 day delivery it is now 21 sept. and still no delivery I,ve decided to cancel my order with immediate effect , I know no one is perfect but just the fact that I called them last week to enquire about my order and a lady promised again Friday 18th already a week behind the service is very disappointing to say the least I think Makro needs a revamp of the there customer relations as nobody communicates with you or keep you posted very bad service indeed I hope this is a once off and they do not treat all there customers like this cheers
