No full pensioner discount
Went to Strubens valley to buy blades. Discount was 5% instead of the normal 10%. Manager Mervin said the form I signed said up to 10%. I explained I have never signed a form and have been buying over 20 yrs and the last few years always got 10% on Tuesday. Clothes, computer, furniture and many other items always 10 %. He said it is what it is. I asked him if there was no goodwill after riding from Krugersdorp specially for the blades. Straight answer NO. This is poor public relations and not the way I would treat a pensioner. !

Kindly provide your Makro card number used to make the purchases so we can check how much was discounted but if 5% was indeed discounted, then this is correct.
