No follow ups on their promises

I bought items(Bernett Read Tumble Dryer,Defy stove and Deft Oven both Slimline range and Samsung Top loader 17.5kg)at Makro Vanderbijlpark on the 30th April 2026.I then had trouble with my bank card and requested to quickly go to the ATM the salesman assisting me said it was ok and left.Hardly half an hour I came back to find that another sales person by the name of Mazet had a client whom wanted the same top loading washing and she instead took the one that was on the floor waiting for me with the hope that when I return they will fetch one from the store room.When the salesman man that was assisting me by the name of Mr Moeketsi went to the storeroom,there was no more stock left,meaning the one she had taken out to the floor for me was the last one.I then in alerted them that this is serious inconvenience on my part as I have already organized transport from Vanderbijlpark to Parys so if I have to come back again once they have stock I will have to pay transport again,and therefore the store will incur the cost of the transport as its their fault,I was given a piece of paper by another lady to write my details and email address with the explanation that I will be contacted once there's stock.Its today the 22nd of May and there's been no communication from them,instead I went to the store and found that they do have stock but wait for it the item is no longer R6 999.99 as ot was advertised but now R7 499.00.I had to take another brand of machine that I did not want and have to pay transport again. Im so disappointed in the store
