NO FEEDBACK SINCE THE 26-09-2022

I am still waiting for feedback regarding an order I requested from Pretty in the back of the store by dispatch and deliveries. I was only contact on the 26-09-22. I visited the store on the 17-09-2022 and Pretty said she would get back to me regarding the order I wanted to place. She was going to call me on the Monday 19-09-2022 with regards to if the supplier has stock... no one called me until the 26-09-2022 until I complained on Hellopeter.

To date its going almost on a month and a half, no feedback received since I was contacted on the 26-09-2022 @ 14:19, the lady said she would get back to me and since then NO CALLS or Emails received. Your new specials have come out and the items I requested to order a large quantity of is on Special again...

I contacted the customer service desk @ 13:58 spoke to a Tammy, I requested Pretty in the dispatch - she doesn't know a lady by the name of Pretty at the back of the store by deliveries - who I spoke to directly (face to face) when I went there on the 17-09-2022. I then requested to speak to a manager. She said placed the call on hold, did not say who she was going to put me through to and the music and the on hold machine went on and on and on and on and on... Well it got me nowhere as I was placed on hold that I was running out of airtime.

Between the "friendly" service from customer service @ *** and the on hold facilities could someone kindly contact me regarding the order that Pretty wrote down on the 17-09-2022 with my contact details to query if the supplier had stock.
