NO FEEDBACK ON TV REPAIR
We bought a 55" TV by Makro Polokwane a year ago. The TV started giving problems so we took it back on 16/09/2017. It's almost been a month with no feedback. We called Makro Polokwane yesterday and they advised they will give us a call back shortly. We still have not received a call. This is ridiculous service they don't stay in touch and it's almost as nothing is done to repair my TV. We have no idea what is going on with the TV or by when we will have it back.
