NO Feedback on product that was returned on 27 March 2024

Returned an item to Makro on 27 March 2024. No feedback on Makro Return History App since the return was logged on 24 March 2024, no msg, no call, no sms, nothing. Called 4th April, Ref ***, was told it will be escalated, send an emai on 5th April, not even an acknowledgement! I dont want a replacement anymore, I want a refund immediately! The service is terrible, cannot even acknowledge that the return was received. Will never again buy any items on-line.
