No feedback on order that was supposed to be delivered on 03 December 2024

Waiting for my order that stated on the 2nd of December 2024 that it was handed over to courier.

Today is the 10th of December and no order has arrived, when I placed the order the expected delivery date was the 3rd of December.

No communication from Makro of courier company where my order is...I had to phone in twice yesterday and today but still no feedback where my order is
