No feedback on order from Makro

I tried to resolve my query with Makro since last week Monday. Every Time they told me they will come back to me with feedback. They PROMISE me every time. The item that I bought is under warranty and they have the audacity to tell me I'm still owing them the money. I send them proof of payment. How will the deliver the item if it's not been paid? (Online purchase). No one is coming back to me. I'm furious
