No feedback on online order

I paid on 16 sep 2017 for my purchase of two water tanks. According to the website it will be delivered within 21 days. I phoned on 04 oct at 09h30, 03 oct at 15h33 and on 02 oct at 15h28. Every time I was promised that somebody will phone me back. I am still waiting for a call! In the meantime Makro enjoy the benefit of using my more than R5 000 that I paid over. What happened to integrity and client service?
