No Feedback On My Order! Theft, ****, Poor Service

It’s now a month that Makro has not given report regarding my order. I have sent numerous emails and no reply. How is this even acceptable like no one taking responsibility. I have asked that they even cancel this order and refund me my money. I honestly feel so disgusted by this poor customer service and do not think I will ever purchase from Makro.
