No Feedback. Missing Items still not delivered.

Still no feedback from Makro Wonderboom. More than a month ago I made an online order. My full order was never delivered. Makro even send me messages on Hello Peter just to ignore me again. What seems to be this huge problem with orders not delivered or half delivered. No feedback just escalating everyday. It is tiring to say the least a person must call everyday just to hear they will escalate the matter. I called and one call centre agent told me my order have been packed on January 4th 2025 and that was a few days ago. Still no delivery or no communication to state what is really happening. Heard there was a truck hijacked on 1st of December 2024. Makro should inform their customers about such events as we don't know everything all we are expecting is our orders. Still waiting. I have sent a list of the missing items and still nothing. It's been too long now,to hear no feedback everyday. What is happening with the people at Makro Wonderboom are they still alive. Something is seriously wrong there as they never contact me with regards to my missing items. They just go on with their normal day as usual while I am stressed out and worried.
