No Ebucks

Hi there,<br> <br> So I joined FNB in April... and I recieved my credit card and ebucks card... I was told FNB have many ebucks rewards partners and so I decided OK i will take it out.<br> <br> I went to Dischem, they ask me for my ebucks card, i swipe it, i recieve ebucks. Checkers, no ebucks card needed they say coz it works automatically. Great so far...<br> <br> I go to Makro... I buy a new Explora on 27/04/2015 at the Edenvale branch, account is R2200+, when I'm at the till, I was never asked for my ebucks card... and when I asked the lady if they are part of ebucks programme she said shes not sure and hurried me along because it was so busy... then I did some research this week and found out that Makro is in fact an ebucks partner and I lost out big time due to them rushing me and not providing me with the info i asked.<br> <br> So frustrating that I purchase things for such a large amount at Makro instead of their competitors thinking I will get rewards when in fact I wont be getting any rewards.<br> <br> Very Disappointed Makro you have lost a customer!
