I bought a Defy 303l /Solar off-grid fridge for a suprice for my wife on the 27th of November 2024. First the state the delivery will on the 20th December 2024.

When I mail the customer care where is the fridge, the said it will take 40 day's to be delivered.

Then after that I send the 8 emails with no real respons. I fone them Thuesday the 11th of February 2025. I ask to speak to the Supervisor. She were in a meeting and will send me an amail later that day.

No feedback sins then.

I saved a long time for this fridge, I am living on SASSA, and I reside in a hous the got no electricity.
