No delivery/feedback
placed an order with Makro on 5 February. Order was supposed to be delivered within 5days, to date i'm still awaiting part of my order. Every day i call them, they promise to look into it and i never get any feedback.

18 Feb 2024, 11:22Good day. Thank you for your response and for the call from your agent who's handling my query. i did request that this order be cancelled as i've sourced the products elsewhere- especially the detergents as i needed to do laundry, and i couldn't wait on the delivery any longer.
Kindly advise when my refund will be effected as i need the money for other purchases.

Also after accusing me of being either a ***** or a **** and requesting that i provide them with proof that i didn't receive the order!! Not even an apology for all the inconvenience they caused me- instead i have to wait 7 days for the refund to be processed!! pathetic!
