No delivery yet

Ordered online on 29 July 2015. Received email indicating delivery within 2 to 5 working days. Only remembered on 7 Aug. Called Online and was told no payment received. No one had bothered to contact me to indicate this. Sent proof of payment. Was told delivery within 2 to 5 days. Received sms on 12 Aug indicating delivery would occur within 2 to 5 days from 12th. Called Online, was told would be delivered 13 Aug. Called Online on 13 Aug and was told not ready, but will be delivered 14 Aug. So much for 2 to 5 working days, it is now 12.
