No delivery was made , no communication and not competent.

On the 25 of march , I ordered from makro and I got an email stating that I will receive my order separately, the first item that I order was supposed to be delivered on the 26 of march but instead no delivery was made but I received an email that’s states that my order was delivery which is not true , I email the customer care and also texted makro for support via WhatsApp , I was told that they will look into the matter and make a follow up with the delivery people or supplier and they will revert back to me but I was given no feedback at the end of the day . I feel like I was ****med now and I’m now not confident that I will receive the other order which is supposed to be delivered by the 2rd of April .
