NO DELIVERY TO DATE!!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!

I placed my order on November 28, 2024, and to date, I have only received one item out of the several I ordered. Despite numerous calls to your customer service team, I have not received clear communication or a resolution. Each consultant I spoke with apologized but failed to provide a concrete timeline for the delivery of my items.

My last interaction was with Mpho, identified as the team coach, who assured me I would receive feedback by Monday, December 9. Unfortunately, I have not received any follow-up or the remaining items.

I am extremely disappointed by this experience and request a cancellation of my order. I WILL NEVER USE YOUR SERVICES AGAIN!!!!
