No delivery still after 1 month

Absolutely ridiculous that I have not received my Phillips airfryer that I ordered on Black Friday. It has been 1 month with still no sign of delivery plus I had to pay a R70 delivery, such poor service.

I should be refunded for the full order. The online support is so poor everytime I follow up they say it is with the couriers. What the hell are you doing about it
