No delivery on available items and a waste of time

Every time i order from Makro everything goes well until payment have been received by them and than most of the items are canceled due to out of stock. im already waiting so long for the delivery just to receive an email of out of stock. Now i have to pay for delivery and not receiving the most important items. Their customer service are the worst of all customer service. You can not even cancel the order online or before they want to deliver. People do not waste your time with makro online as they are just a waste of time and completely useless
