No Delivery of Order MAK722144
Hi,
I purchased a deal on Black Friday, made a card payment and received a confirmation email for MAK722144.
I have not yet received any information regarding delivery, I called the call centre and was told that due to high volumes on your website, my purchase was not processed? Then the the hell did I receive a confirmation email.
I want this resolved and quickly! I did everything correctly from my side, I want to purchase the item for the price which was advertised last Friday, so do not come with a story that I will have to revert to original price etc.
