No delivery of order MAK463558 and incomplete delivery of order MAK463297

Makro order MAK463297 was delivered without the alcohol that had been paid for. We followed up with a phone and were told that they were looking into it. This was over a week ago. We have heard and received nothing.

Makro order MAK463558 was placed on 14 Nov. I then received an email stating that it was cancelled. I emailed Makro requesting clarification and received a reply stating that the order was not cancelled. I have not yet received the order.

I placed order MAK464702 o 15 November and have still not received it.
