No Delivery of my order even after 48 Days

I have placed an order on the 24th of November 2017 at Makro Online for a Samsung Watch for my Daughters Christmas Gift . have been calling several times the calls are transferred but no response , got a call before Christmas that my order is out of stock and can get only next year, I had to buy another gift for my daughter as could not get what she wants by Christmas, Since January 2nd have been calling and Mailing Makro Online support several times but getting no proper response for when i will get my order delivered. A agent advised that will deliver by another branch last week for which i accepted, but till now nothing has been delivered nor communicated. The service of Makro is unprofessional by not delivering goods in time and not bother in taking calls nor giving proper reply .

I am extremely Disappointed with the ********* service from Makro Online. please action it ASAP.
