No delivery of my order!

My online order was due to be delivered yesterday 6 February, I am yet to receive it. No communication whatsoever regarding any delay and I am not getting any response from you. I have logged a query with ref 2DNQQ, please sort this out. I got a message that the order was handed over to a courier , please can I get my order today or cancel and refund me if not possible. I'm soo disappointed and I regret buying with Makro , I have never experienced such buying through take a lot.
