No delivery of goods from MAKRO in 14 days

Ordered gifts on 17th Feb 2019 14 days before my event and to date nothing has been delivered in 14 days. I will NOT USE MAKRO to purchase online, my experience has been terrible with regard to on time delivery and complete lack of communication. I did receive two automatic emails as follows: I received the identical email on 22nd and 26th Feb 2019, both promised delivery in 7 days. so far NO DELIVERY in 7 days

I called twice and was told they would escalate the issue and CALL ME BACK about when I could expect delivery. I never even received a call back.

I emailed the service email supp**** ********** I wont bother tyring that again, I didn't even get an automated response from Makro.

I will be telling everyone I possible can about my experience in the hope they will not be let down in this way.
