No delivery of a TV

We bought a Sumsung TV from Makro in Centurion on Saturday (22/10/2022) and they said it will be delivered on Monday (24/10/2022). When we follow up today they tell us that Sumsung has not given them some assignment number for our delivery. Now they have no idea when the delivery and installation will be done. I think it is better to refund me my money.
