No delivery of a bought item from Makro Online.

I bought a gaming chair on the 20th March 2026. It was supposed to be delivered on the 24th of April but to date no delivery has been made. I called I was informed that they've escelated to the relevant department to investigate and I should wait another 48 hours for them to respond on top of 34 days I've waited for the order. I find it funny your B2C Model fails to prepare an order and deliver for entire 34 days for such a big company. Its not like I bought the item using credit. Payment was made upfront but your SLA and NPS is not bad but worst when it comes to online orders. Get your third party logistics in order and respect and serve us well as clients and customers.
