No delivery of 2 items purchased online

MAKRO online service deliveries are beyond appalling! The call center person said the items would be delivered earlier on the second week from the purchase date. The order status on their website says “Order Complete”; surely by now I should’ve received some sort of communication from Makro notifying me when the items will be delivered. According to their website delivery takes 7-10 days.
