No delivery , No support, No Help

Not getting any help via email or Makro help desk. So maybe if we post something online, we will get help. My order has not been delivered, add say 2-5 working days. This is way past 5 working days and the status shows that order is confirmed, nothing ells. When I phone, I get people telling me they will escalate the issue and will get back to me in 48 hours. Guess what nothing has happened. Emails add they put on their emails *** does not work, emails bounce back. What more can I say.
