No delivery, no refund

I’m so disappointed with the poor service received from Makro. I ordered a simple bottle of collagen on 29th April which was scheduled to be delivered by the 7th of May. They didn’t deliver and failed to communicate. After having sent an email requesting a refund, they still have not followed through with my request.
