NO DELIVERY NO REFUND !!!

NO REFUND NO DELIVERY!! i decided to cancel my order and request for a refund after waiting for my order since 4 dec but nothing has been done, i was promised someone would call me to get my bank details to refund me but instead some guy called Zweli called to say he will make sure i receive my order if i give him authority to cancel the request for a refund. When i call the call centre i hold forever,. no one should be begging for their deliveries after makro has taken their money!!!
