No Delivery, no notification

I plaved an online order with Makro on the 26th of January 2018. On the same day I received a notification that the order have been completed. I am still waiting for the delivery which was going to happen between 2-5 days after order confirmation. I haven't even received a notification to say it will be delivered late or anything. I want my order. I want what I paid for.
