NO DELIVERY NO FEEDBACK AFTER ORDER

I have ordered on the 30th of January 2023. It was packed the 1st of February 2023 but until today no delivery was made. I have phoned NUMEROUS times and everyone keeps telling me Struben's Valley doesn't answer their phone for feedback. I ordered in advanced for the delivery at the latest 11th of February 2023.
