No Delivery / No Feedback

I placed my order on the 24/11/2017. I can never get hold of online support and when I do, they say the store doesn't answer and that there are no stock? I checked everyday and both was in stock for 2 days? What do I do now??

Out of all the black Friday stores that had specials, Makro is the worst. Do do specials if you cant handle the demand!!
