No delivery & no customer services

It has been 12 working days since I placed an online order. I still haven’t received my order. Customer care keeps saying they will give feedback as soon as they haven’t communicated with the delivery company but till date I received no feedback even after logging new queries with customer care. So disappointed with the service received. By the time I receive my order the products will most probably have expired.
