No delivery, no communication

I purchased an item on 02/02/2025. I was told to expect delivery on the 04/02/205.

As of today 11/02/2025, the courier hasn't even collected it from the store.

I tried emailing the email address on the bottom of my confirmation email from Makro. The email they provide doesn't even work.

I eventually tried the email on their website. Still no reply after 2 days.

This is the slowest delivery time I've ever received from an online order.
