No delivery from Makro after 14 days of calling

My online order for 21/11/2023 has still not been delivered. I have been calling for over a week. I give the same reference number ***.I have been told to call different Makro stores as well as the delivery company - One Drop Delivery which does not answer their phone. I have asked to speak to managers, but I have not been allowed to speak to anyone. No one can tell me where my order is or why it hasn't been delivered, other than the driver Zandile hasn't pitched up on any of the days to pick it up. Sort this out.
