No delivery
Makro doesn't even deserve my one star rating. I bought my groceries online on the 28th of April 2020 and 11 days later i still haven't received them.
On their website they said delivery takes 2-5 working days which I thought was reasonable, when I called makro to enquire about my order they said delivery now takes 14 working days,
I was told that they don't know the exact day that they will deliver my groceries, however she will escalate my complaint to the supervisor who will either give me a call or email me before the end of business day today regarding my delivery, im st wait for that call even now.
I trusted makro so much, now i had to go other stores to buy essential simply bcos makro couldn't keep its end of the deal. To make matters worse When you are shopping online everything seems to be in stock, bt immediately after paying u will start receiving emails informing you of the items that are out of stock.
I WILL NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING AT MAKRO.
