No delivery done

I placed an order with Makro on the 22nd of April for 2 items. Delivery date was the 27th of April. One of the items was delivered on the 24th of April and the other item delivery date was changed to 28 April. Still haven't received my order, the courier company says they don't know where the order is. Makro keeps telling me they will follow up with the courier company but to date no feedback
