No delivery

I went to buy a fridge on Saturday from Gqeberha branch. I told them that I work so delivery needs to happen after 5. They promised me and assured me delivery would be done after 17:00 on Monday. They called me today, Monday, at 16:30 that actually they do not deliver after 17:00 and that it will be done between 14:00 and 15:00 so I should make a plan of how I will receive the fridge. I told them to give me a refund of the fridge and delivery money, I was told the fridge is on a truck on the way. The time is now 20:30. No fridge and no follow up. No one has called to let me know why my fridge is not delivered . I had bought groceries already because I knew I’d have my fridge today. I am so disappointed and angry.
