No delivery…***** customer purchases

Bought a bar fridge for my dear son 02 February 2025 at Silver Lakes…moving in to res..bought the last fridge “demo” cause we really liked it and cause car was already full, we opted for free delivery

Tinah…committed to 5 Feb delivery latest

Today is 7 Feb and nothing!!!

The store is not answering calls and I am an out of towner otherwise would have dragged myself to the store as in yesterday

Spent 3 hours in a lousy customer service queue 6 Feb (was initially 34 in line) to follow up as I am unable to get through the store…only for agent after a 3 hour wait…to say “instore purchase cant help…here’s their number…”

Despite my protest I can’t get through to them

I want my money back you *********** *****ing Makro!!!!
