No Delivery / Call Backs

I bought a bicyle online on the 06th of December. I phone numerous times requesting feedback regarding my delivery. Up to today I have not received my bicyle (which was by the way my son's Christmas Gift) Everytime I phoned the call centre they promised to phone me back and no one ever phone back. I have send mails and no feedback. Still no bicyle and no refund and no Christmas Gift for my Son.
