No delivery but payment was made
I have place an online order onthe 25th march at Makro Carnival for food items and I paid for everythin plus delivery and it has been 7 working day I have not received my order I was informed that ot would be to seperate deliveries I received the toothpaste but none of my food and no comunication as to when i will get ot o have called emailed and so on but no answers I do not have spare money laying around ro ho buy other food so do my children and I just go with out food till my next paycheck and time are so uncertain we dont even know if we will get one. I want to know if this was a family member how would they feel siting here in lock down not knowing were to get the next meal

After countess emails to Makro customer care and a complaint on this platform I did not get any positive help from the people employed to help with complaints. One phone call to Tshepo at Carnival and he kept in touch with me and even offered to deliver my food him self, think he should get the high paying possition that a useless person has at present. He has customer s****s AND IS AWESOME. Thank you Tshepo thank you
